WELCOME FACILITATORS
Threaded desires to see racial discussion groups multiply in every city and we know the only way to make that happen is with facilitators. If you would like to facilitate a group we hope this page will provide all that you need to successfully lead a learning group.
STARTING RECOMMENDATIONS:

Pray before you decide to be a facilitator.

Partner with another faciliatator of a different cultural background. You want a diverse group and this ensures that you have some diversity in the group.

If possible, participate in a Threaded group before you facilitate a group.
